Product Description:
Covestro's Texin® TPU resins provide designers with a versatile material that can be used in a wide range of applications. Typical applications include casters, power tools, sporting goods, medical equipment, and a variety of extruded film, sheet and profile applications. Texin® meets this broad range of needs because it is an extremely tough, high tensile material with good tear strength and excellent resistance to abrasion, fuel, oil and grease. It is flexible and resilient, and also has excellent low temperature flexibility and bending fatigue properties, good adhesion to a wide range of substrates, and a Shore hardness range from 60 A to 85 D. In combination with Desmopan®, Texin® resins bond easily to a wide range of substrates, providing a soft touch.

Processing conditions:
- Drying temperature: 80°C ~ 110°C, 1 ~ 3 hours
- Injection temperature: 190°C ~ 220°C
